1. Refunds
No refunds will be issued after purchasing a product or service on Video Replay. Transactions are final once payment is confirmed.
2. Right of Withdrawal
Pursuant to Article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content (movies, series, live events, etc.) that is delivered instantly after purchase, even if the consumer has not explicitly agreed to immediate service execution.
